ADRIANE PRICE practices in the areas of business and construction litigation, and has extensive experience litigating matters before state and federal courts in New Jersey and New York. She represents clients in a wide range of matters, including breach of contract claims, business torts, consumer fraud violations, construction disputes, and complex commercial disputes. On behalf of her clients, Ms. Price plays a key role in all phases of the litigation process, including procedural and substantive motion practice, written discovery, depositions, and trial. Ms. Price also represents clients in bringing and defending construction and mechanic’s lien claims in New Jersey and New York, and is well-versed in post-judgment collection practices in both states.

Ms. Price, a former summer associate and law clerk at the Firm, is a 2012 graduate of Rutgers University School of Law, Newark. While in law school, she worked as an intern with the New York State Division of Human Rights and with the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office; research assistant to the Rutgers Law Legal Research and Writing Department; and teacher’s assistant to Professor Jonathan M. Hyman in the field of contract law. In law school, Ms. Price was Editor-in-Chief of the Rutgers Conflict Resolution Law Journal, staff member of the Rutgers Moot Court Board, and Vice-President of the International Law Society. She was also a member of the Women’s Law Forum, and the Human Rights Forum, and an active participant in the Rutgers Domestic Violence Advocacy Program.

Ms. Price was recognized as a New Jersey Rising Star in Super Lawyers Magazine in 2019 and 2020, a recognition that is earned by only the top 2.5% of attorneys in the state.*
